20 weeks and a Pink Firecracker!

I finally made it to the halfway point in my pregnancy yesterday. 20 weeks! We also had our anatomy ultrasound today, doctor says we have a perfectly healthy baby GIRL! The ultrasound tech had the hardest time getting the potty shot, little miss decided to have her legs crossed, then one leg stretched out and the other tucked behind her butt. So, the tech didn't want to mistake the foot bone for something else!! But, finally we got the shot. Clear as day, three little lines, no denying there's a baby girl in there!! She was weighing in around 9oz.

Not sure what we're naming her yet, but we have time. Here is what my belly looks like at 20 weeks! It's so much fun to watch it grow!!

I also had my birthday recently, on February 11th. I turned 21. This is the wonderful present my wonderful husband-to-be got me. It's absolutely beautiful! 

It has my birth stone in it, which also happens to be my favorite color! 

Back to my pregnancy, nothing is really new. Just hip and back pain. Exhausted all the time. I also have been craving these, nonstop. 

That would be a blue raspberry and coke slurpee. They are delicious. And the biggest craving I've had thus far.
I'm pretty excited to be having a daughter. I knew from day one that it was a little girl! Everyone in my family was convinced that it would be a boy, seeing as boys run dominant in my family as well as Jon's. But, momma knows best!! I knew she was a girl all along!
Valentines day was great, spent all day with Jon, just running around and hanging out. It wasn't much, but that's okay. I got the entire day with him and that's all I really wanted. Oh and a huge bag of chocolate!! Talk about a good hubby. I love that man more than anything in this world!

Heartburn has been at an all time high lately, tums aren't even seeming to help anymore. Oh well, the joys of pregnancy. I'm just glad that I have a healthy baby so far.
That's really all I can think of to say. The biggest news was the gender, now we can finally start shopping!! Off to have some dinner, pork potstickers and jasmine rice. Yummy. Goodnight y'all!
